Josh Meloy returns to The Shed!
Oklahoma native, Josh Meloy recently released his new record “Oklahoma” in May of 2020. The record consists of a collection of songs written over the past 5 years. Meloy considers this his “best and most honest work to date”. Meloy recorded and produced the album at home giving it an undeniably authentic sound.
Meloy didn’t plan on playing music in the beginning. In a family with strong ties to music, he chose sports. It wasn’t until attending Oklahoma State university at the age of 19 that he first picked up a guitar. Meloy, now 26, has since matured as a musician and songwriter while earning a strong fan base touring the Oklahoma/Texas region.
Show starts with Sam Donald making his debut at The Shed:
Sam Donald is a vocalist/guitarist from Jackson, Mississippi who currently resides on the MS Gulf Coast. Sam played guitar in bands for years before deciding to step out on his own as a lead performer and songwriter in 2021.
In early 2024, several of Sam’s songs and videos went viral on TikTok, amassing over 15 million views in less than 6wks on the platform. Sam’s streaming numbers increased over 400% as a result of the viral traction.
Gates open at 6pm. Support Artist takes the stage at 7:30pm. Tickets will be available at the gate the day of show for $5 more than online tickets(+tax and service fee) pending the show is not sold out. No outside food and drinks are permitted. All ticket purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available.
